Getting Ready To Sell

Now the you have made the decision to sell your lot or land yourself, there are a few  things you can and should do before listing your lot or land on the MLS. Here are a few recommendations:  

• "Curb appeal" is the first impression your property makes. Make sure there is no rubbish on the lot or land and keep any grass cut to make sure the buyer has clear walking space.

• Make sure the agent bringing a buyer to your property can find the lot or land easily.  We suggest using our Carolina Premium Properties For Sale sign to alert agents to the proper location.  

• Make sure the property is marked as much as possible.  Colorful Flags, ribbons or plastic fences will help the buyer see the land or lot they wish to buy.
