By listing with our company you will receive what we like to call "premium service without the premium price".  You will receive for the low cost, flat rate listing fee of $195.00:

MLS Listing - your property listed in the proper MLS system for your area.
Up to a 6 month listing period. You can choose an expiration date within 6 months of the listing date.
Color photo of your property (emailed to us by you) published in the MLS system and other public web sites. 
A forms library with the mandatory state forms you will need to sell your lot or land.
Listing on major public internet sites such as Google Base, Cyberhomes, Trulia, AOL Real Estate, Homescape, MyREALTY, Zillow, Yahoo Classifieds Real Estate, Vast, HotPads, CLR, Propbot, Enormo, Second Space, FrontDoor, Oodle, Walmart Classifies, Military Classifieds, Lycos, Local.com and Backpage* (See Chart Below)

In the Raleigh / Triangle Area, Charlotte and Charleston areas:  Centralized Showing Service (CSS) Appointment Center. An agent or broker who would like to show your property to a buyer will call into the system and verify his or her identity with an individual password and showing code. CSS will then contact you directly to confirm your approval of a time frame in which the buyer is available. You will be able to establish guidelines for CSS to contact you, leave a courtesy message, coordinate showings, and even provide special instructions for buyers while they are showing your property. (ex – “Look for the ties around the trees”)
Another great feature of CSS is that every agent who views your property is sent an automated feedback form. Many agents will give you constructive comments about how well your property showed and what the buyers thought. This feedback can help you greatly in improving certain aspects of the property or give you an idea if the price needs adjustment.
