You will even be able to provide special instructions for buyers while they are viewing your lot or land. (ex – “follow yellow marker lines” or “gated community - call for code”). Another great feature of CSS is that every agent who views your property is sent an automated feedback form. Many agents will give you constructive comments about how well your property showed and what the buyers thought. This feedback can help you greatly in improving certain aspects of your lot or land or give you an idea if the price needs adjustment.
